Confidentiality
How we protect your privacy
Not every matter is easy to discuss on an ordinary messenger or with an unfamiliar email address. We've built the way we work with clients around that.
A closed circle
We don't disclose client names, circumstances, or the content of requests — not in public materials, and not in conversation with other clients.
Partners without publicity
We don't name our partners (clinics, hotels, lawyers) publicly — this removes the 'client → where they went' link that would otherwise be easy to reconstruct from an open list.
A protected channel
For sensitive matters, we're reachable via Threema — a messenger that, by design, doesn't tie an account to a phone number or email.
Minimal data
We only ask for what's needed for a specific request. How data is processed and stored is described in the Privacy Policy.
One coordinator
Information about your request isn't spread across dozens of staff — one personal coordinator works with you and is personally accountable for the result.
These are the principles we build every client relationship on. The formal data-handling procedures, retention periods, and your rights are described in the Privacy Policy (GDPR).
